Joke of the Day

In an annual pre-game tradition, Viking Fans and Packer Fans line up along the Minnesota - Wisconsin border to root for their team.

The celebration ussually starts out with chants and insults flying back and forth bewtween the two camps.

After a few beers, the Packer fans ussually start to throw firecrackers at the Viking Fans on the other side. Viking Fans, being offended at such a rude display of team pride, pick up the fireworks, light them and chuck 'em back.

Monday Preparation

In preparation for the big Vikings - Packers game this week, the Packers held a scrimage. The Packers first team went against the second stringers in a full contact practice. After three hours, neither team had scored. The second string was extremely tired and all ran off the field to get some water. Brett Favre, seeing an oppurtunity to win the scrimage kept the offense on the field. Three plays later the Packer first stringers scored.
